element³ products are dietary supplements. They are intended to support general wellbeing and to complement a balanced diet, not to replace it.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on our website, in our communications, or on our product labels should be interpreted as medical advice. If you have a specific health condition, are taking medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any concerns about whether a supplement is right for you, please consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use.

Dietary supplements are regulated differently from medicines in every country we sell to:

• New Zealand: Regulated under the Dietary Supplements Regulations 1985 and the Food Act 2014. Supplements are not assessed for clinical efficacy by Medsafe.
• Australia: Most supplements are regulated as "listed" complementary medicines by the TGA, with limited evidence requirements compared to registered medicines.
• United Kingdom & European Union: Regulated as food supplements under EU Directive 2002/46/EC; health claims must be authorised by EFSA.
• United States: Regulated under DSHEA 1994. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA.

This means: supplements are not held to the same evidentiary standard as medicines. Any wellness benefits we describe are supportive, not therapeutic.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare practitioner before starting any element³ product if any of the following apply:

• You are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding
• You are under 18 years old
• You have a diagnosed medical condition (including thyroid, cardiovascular, kidney, liver, or autoimmune conditions)
• You are taking any prescription medication, including hormonal contraception
• You are scheduled for surgery within the next month
• You have a known allergy or sensitivity to any of our listed ingredients

Practitioners can advise on whether and how an element³ product fits within your specific health context.

element³ products are formulated for general adult women's wellbeing. While our individual ingredients are generally regarded as safe, the formulations have not been specifically clinically tested in pregnant or breastfeeding women.

If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding: please consult your midwife, obstetrician, or GP before using any element³ product. They can advise on whether the formulation is appropriate for your stage, dosing, and any other supplements you may already be taking.

Some of the active ingredients in our products may interact with prescription or over-the-counter medications. Examples include (but are not limited to):

• Vitamin K can reduce the effectiveness of blood-thinning medications (warfarin)
• High-dose iron can interact with thyroid medication and some antibiotics
• Magnesium can affect absorption of some antibiotics and bisphosphonates
• Adaptogens may affect the metabolism of some medications

Please share the full ingredient list of any element³ product with your prescriber or pharmacist. They can review whether any interactions are likely with your current medications.

If you experience any unexpected symptom while taking an element³ product:

1. Stop taking the product
2. Email us at with the product name, batch number, date you started, and a description of what you experienced
3. Consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms are severe or persistent
4. Seek emergency care if you experience signs of a severe allergic reaction — call 111 (NZ), 000 (AU), 999 (UK), or 911 (US)

We take every reported reaction seriously. Reports are reviewed by our quality team and reported to the relevant regulatory authority where applicable.

element³ products are not a substitute for:

• A balanced, varied diet
• Adequate sleep, hydration, and physical activity
• Medical care from a qualified healthcare practitioner
• Prescription medication you've been advised to take

The foundations of wellbeing are always behavioural and clinical first. Supplements are one supportive layer — not the whole picture.
