Why element³

We didn't start element³ in a lab. We started it in the same place you probably are; juggling too much, running on too little, and staring at a cupboard full of half-used supplements that promised everything and delivered not enough.

We're women in our forties. We know what it feels like when your energy shifts, your sleep changes, and the wellness aisle starts to feel like a guessing game. We tried everything. Nothing was designed for us, for the way our days actually move, for the science our bodies actually need.

So we built it. We canvassed over 120 brands, analysed 127 competing products, and researched 124 active ingredients before selecting the 41 that form the foundation of our regime. We consulted nutritionists, naturopaths, scientists and food technicians. We didn't want to create another supplement. We wanted to create a system, one that works with your body's rhythm, not against it.

Every single ingredient has been hand-selected to support women our age, backed by clinical studies proving its effectiveness. Our formulations are GMP certified and third-party tested.
