A multi-active is a multivitamin built around active ingredients rather than vitamins and minerals alone. Yes, you can cancel anytime on our website, and if you get stuck we're happy to help. Just note that cancellations need to be made at least 72 hours before your next order is processed to avoid payment. To cancel or pause a subscription, log in to Your Account, go to Manage Subscription, select your subscription and select either Pause or Cancel subscription.

Your first subscription order is charged when you place your order. After that, each repeat order is charged when it's processed, and ready to be shipped to you.   

You'll get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow it to your door. You can also log in to Your Account to track your order.

If your order falls on a weekend or public holiday, it's dispatched on the next working day. We don't dispatch on public holidays.

We make our supplements to earn a place in your everyday, so we want every order to feel right. If something isn't, sorting it out should be easy and you should be talking to a real person while you do. Here's how it works.  

Changed your mind? We stand behind our blends. If your first order isn't right for you, let us know within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund. Products need to be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll refund the product price (original shipping excluded). 

Arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong? Let us know within 30 days via our contact page. Send your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.  

Opened supplements. For health and safety reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened or partially used products.  

Had a reaction? Stop using the product and check in with your healthcare professional. Then contact us with your order details and we'll review your situation individually.  

Want to swap? Exchanges are available on unopened products within 30 days, subject to availability. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund it.  

Subscriptions. Cancel, pause, or change your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or via our contact page. No fees, no penalties.  

Refunds. These go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Allow another 3 to 5 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. We'll email you once it's done.

We deliver throughout New Zealand and to Australia nationwide. We'll be shipping to more international markets shortly.

NZ orders placed before 8am Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 8am, or anytime Friday to Sunday, are dispatched the next working day. Allow an extra day for rural delivery, and note we don't dispatch on public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll get an email with a link to track it all the way to your door. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll help you locate your order.

We dispatch orders quickly so they reach you sooner, which leaves only a short window to make changes. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as you can and we'll do everything we can before your order goes out.

If you've just placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll update your address for you. To update your address for future subscription orders, log in to your Account and go to Manage Subscription, select Shipping Address, and add or edit the address there. If you have any trouble, contact us and our team will sort it for you.

All orders $100 and over are eligible for free shipping within New Zealand and Australia. New Zealand orders: $6.99 NZD flat rate. Free shipping on orders $100 NZD and over. Australian orders: $9.99 AUD flat rate. Free shipping on orders $100 AUD and over. Rural delivery surcharges in New Zealand are added separately at checkout. The free-shipping threshold applies to the subtotal before any discount codes are applied.
