We make our supplements to earn a place in your everyday, so we want every order to feel right. If something isn't, sorting it out should be easy and you should be talking to a real person while you do. Here's how it works.
Changed your mind? We stand behind our blends. If your first order isn't right for you, let us know within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund. Products need to be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll refund the product price (original shipping excluded).
Arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong? Let us know within 30 days via our contact page. Send your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
Opened supplements. For health and safety reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened or partially used products.
Had a reaction? Stop using the product and check in with your healthcare professional. Then contact us with your order details and we'll review your situation individually.
Want to swap? Exchanges are available on unopened products within 30 days, subject to availability. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund it.
Subscriptions. Cancel, pause, or change your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or via our contact page. No fees, no penalties.
Refunds. These go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Allow another 3 to 5 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. We'll email you once it's done.
